After the initial appointment and collection of the necessary upfront documentation, your information will be sent to in-house underwriting for review. Upon conditional approval from the underwriter (usually with 72 hours), we will immediately reach out to you for any additional documentation required. In order to obtain full underwriting approval and meet your closing date, it is extremely important to provide all necessary items within the designated timeframe!
Once everything from you and 3rd-party vendors (appraisal, title work, survey, evidence of insurance, final inspections, etc.) is received and final approval is issued, we order closing documents and move you into closing!
