Roy has been an RMLO for more than a decade, and is also a licensed CPA. The combination of these two skill sets makes for strong financial support of the Origination arm of our company. This means that he supports delivering a superior loan product and service to our Originators, borrowers and referral partners.

Owner, President

roy-jones-georgetown-mortgageAs joint owner and President, Barbara Jones is the detail person of the ownership team at Georgetown Mortgage. In 2001 Barbara and Roy moved to Georgetown Texas and opened a predecessor version of the company. Barbara acted as the operations manager in the early days, and was heavily involved in making certain that our loans closed on time. Today, Barbara works in an administrative capacity especially in the areas of onboarding, expense controls, and helps to promote our company’s ‘family culture.’

Michael attended Baylor University and received a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master in Taxation. Shortly after graduating, he moved to Dallas to start a career in public accounting with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), LLP, a leading global accounting firm. Throughout his tenure at PwC, Michael learned how to deliver a 1st class experience to his clients, many of which are listed on the Fortune 500 and he developed a knack for exceeding client expectations.’

Wes brings 15+ years of Financial Services and Mortgage Banking leadership to Georgetown Mortgage. He is responsible for all product development, production, marketing, recruiting, and sales training for the company and our network of nearly 70 branch locations across our current footprint of 10 states. Wes has a passion for ensuring Georgetown Mortgage stays on the leading edge of the competition by ensuring our Originators have all the tools and resources to offer the best products and services with innovative technology and marketing. Under Wes’s leadership, Georgetown Mortgage is rapidly expanding our presence in our currently licensed states and beyond in our pursuit to be a legendary, national mortgage company.

CR2 – Company Relationship and Resolution Manager

We believe that a company is defined by its culture – so much so that we created an entire department passionately dedicated to fostering relationships, finding timely problem resolution and having FUN! With over 20 years in the mortgage business, Donna Fisher leads a team focused on building an organization rooted deeply in family values and rich in character. Our ultimate goal is to make RAVING FANS of our GTM family by recognizing, rewarding and retaining great employees and helping each person be successful. Donna also works closely with the Operations and Sales Teams to make sure we’re meeting the needs of our managers, loan officers, customers and referral partners. In the event a matter requires an executive business decision, Donna operates within the CEO’s office and provides immediate assistance.

Executive Vice President of Operations

Selene started her career with Georgetown Mortgage in 2008 and wore many hats during her tenure with the company. With her BBA degree and internship in college with Walt Disney World, it propelled Selene in managing the training and success of Loan Officers and Processors. Her knowledge of the business in loan manufacturing grew to the point that she became the obvious choice for our operations manager. Who better to oversee the operations of the company than the person most qualified to train people for excellence! Selene has truly embraced a culture of continuous improvement as the catalyst in building and maintaining strong employee relationships that guide and motivate employees toward their goals. Her unique ability in driving and optimizing teams in working collaboratively with cross-functional departments in the achievement of the company’s vision comes naturally.


Matt Wilson Georgetown Mortgage

IT Director

It’s partially human and partially technology when we talk about Matt Wilson and the employees in our IT department. We were able to persuade Matt to join us after spending 12 years working with IT systems of Austin Community College. It may surprise you to know that the mortgage industry is woefully unprepared for computer hackers and the theft of borrower information. Matt and his team have worked diligently to harden our systems to thwart such cyber-attacks. There is constantly more that can and should be done, but Matt is always raising the bar and keeping GTM in an above average stance regarding our competition. We have disaster recovery plans in place and redundant systems to avoid downtime.

Our Vice President of Compliance Linda Preece, joined the Georgetown family in June of 2010 and has over 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry. She has held every job role there is including time spent as an underwriting manager as well as a loan originator. Linda has a broad understanding of all aspects of the business which serves our organization with practical solutions to the complicated maze of regulations which threaten the timely closing of loans. Making sense of industry regulations is a strong advantage that Georgetown Mortgage possesses, thanks to Linda’s helpful oversight.
